SOS THS students win national TVET skills competition
Three SOS THS students placed first in the national TVET skills competition in Software Development, Electronics, and Networking categories.

SOS Technical High School students delivered an outstanding performance at the 2025 National TVET Skills Competition held in Kigali, winning first place in three categories.
A Level 5 Software Development student took gold in the Web Development challenge, building a full-stack application in under six hours. An Electronics & Telecommunication student won the Circuit Design and Troubleshooting category, and a Networking student placed first in the Network Configuration and Security challenge.
"These results reflect the quality of hands-on training our students receive every day," said the School Director. "We are incredibly proud of their achievement and the dedication of our instructors."
The national competition, organized by the Rwanda TVET Board, brings together the best technical students from institutions across the country. SOS Technical High School has consistently placed among the top three schools since the competition's inception.
