SOS Technical High School ("SOS THS," "we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting the privacy of students, parents, guardians, and website visitors. • Payment information: bank transfer references (we do not store bank account or card details)
• Uploaded documents: student photographs, bank payment slips, and academic transcripts

Personal information is used solely for the following purposes:

• Processing student registration and admission applications
• Communicating with students and parents about academic matters
• Responding to inquiries submitted through our contact form
• Maintaining student academic records as required by the Rwanda Education Board
• Improving our website and services

Data Protection

We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Student records are stored securely and access is limited to authorized school staff. We do not sell, trade, or rent personal information to third parties.

Data Retention

Student records are retained for the duration of enrollment and for a reasonable period afterward as required by Rwanda's education regulations. Contact form submissions are retained for up to 12 months. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting our administration office.

Our website may use essential cookies to ensure proper functionality. We do not currently use third-party tracking or advertising cookies. If analytics tools are implemented in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.

Third-Party Services

Our website uses Google Fonts for typography and Google Maps for displaying our location. These services may collect limited technical data such as IP addresses according to their own privacy policies. We do not share student or personal data with these services.
