Program overview
The Electronics and Telecommunication program trains students in the design, installation, maintenance, and repair of electronic systems and communication equipment. This comprehensive program spans three levels, building expertise from circuit fundamentals to advanced telecommunications systems.
Students work in our electronics lab with oscilloscopes, multimeters, signal generators, soldering stations, and a wide range of electronic components. They learn to read schematics, assemble circuits, troubleshoot faults, and design electronic solutions for real-world problems.
At advanced levels, students explore telecommunications infrastructure including fiber optics, wireless systems, satellite communications, and network protocols. Graduates are prepared for careers in Rwanda's rapidly growing telecommunications sector.
