SOS CV na SOS THS nk'umuryango bageneye icyumweru 09-13/05/2022 kwibukira kuri iryo shuri abana n'abakozi ba SOS CV Kigali bavukijwe ubuzima muri Jenocide yakorewe abatutsi mu mwaka wa 1994.
SOS Children's Village and SOS Technical High School dedicated the week of May 9-13, 2022 to commemorate at the school, remembering children and staff of SOS CV Kigali who lost their lives during the 1994 Genocide against the Tutsi.
The commemoration week included various activities such as testimonies from survivors, tree planting ceremonies, and community service projects. Students and staff came together to honor the memory of those lost and to reaffirm their commitment to "Never Again."
The events served as both a remembrance and an educational opportunity, helping younger generations understand Rwanda's history and the importance of unity, reconciliation, and building a peaceful future.
SOS Technical High School continues to play an active role in Rwanda's annual commemoration activities, fostering a culture of remembrance and resilience among its students.
