On Friday, February 4th 2022, the State Secretary in charge of TVET Claudette Irere visited SOS Technical High School located in Gasabo District, Kinyinya Sector, as part of the cultural month program in schools.
During her visit, she toured the school's technical workshops, interacted with students, and praised the school's commitment to producing skilled graduates ready for the job market.
The visit highlighted SOS Technical High School's role as a leading TVET institution in Rwanda, with its modern facilities and dedicated teaching staff providing hands-on training in various technical fields including Software Development, Networking, and Electronics.
The State Secretary encouraged students to embrace technical education as a pathway to employment and entrepreneurship, noting that Rwanda's development agenda relies heavily on skilled technical workers.
