SOS THS surpasses 450 students enrolled
SOS Technical High School reaches a new enrollment milestone with over 450 students across all programs, reflecting growing demand for quality TVET education in Rwanda.

SOS Technical High School has reached a significant milestone, surpassing 450 students enrolled across its O-Level and Advanced Level TVET programs for the 2024 academic year.
The growth in enrollment reflects increasing recognition of technical and vocational education as a viable and valuable career pathway in Rwanda. The ICT programs, particularly Software Development and Networking, have seen the strongest growth, driven by Rwanda's expanding digital economy.
"We are proud to see so many young people choosing TVET education," said the School Director. "Each student who enrolls represents a future skilled professional who will contribute to Rwanda's development."
To accommodate the growing student body, the school has expanded its boarding facilities and recruited additional instructors across all departments. Plans are underway to introduce new short courses in emerging technology areas including cybersecurity and data analytics.
